4 Self care practices for Fall!
Holy crap, we blinked and it's September. As the fall equinox is about to smack us in the face, we're starting to think about how we can take care of ourselves during this season. This is a time of year that's often full of fresh starts and change, so its a good idea to pay attention to what you need. Take a look at some ideas for Fall time self care AND, if you’re feeling ready to safely pop out of your quarantine hole, we’ve got a little something for you at the end of this month!
1. It might be so super cliche, BUT it's real important to just slow down and maybe sip on some seasonal herbal tea!
2. Once it starts getting darker earlier, add in some light! An early sunset can sometimes feel like we're losing part of the day, but find some aromatic candles, or fun lamps that make you feel happy, cozy, and add some brightness.
3. Marie Kondo the crap out of any cluttered spaces, including your mind (to do lists help)!
4. Find some time to be with your body in a way that feels good. Maybe stretch while watching tv, or bounce around like a piece of popcorn when you need a boost. We've even got an opportunity for you to get moving with us at our September sunset grooves workshop. CHECK IT OUT!
