In honor of International Women’s Day, I’ll be hosting a FREE Moved LA community workshop as part of MashUp Contemporary Dance Company’s IWD Dance Festival on Saturday March 4th!

This Sunday’s class at Genesis is cancelled, but I’m making up for it by giving you a chance to wiggle and giggle with your community at this free all abilities creative movement workshop this Saturday from 11am-12pm at Frogtown Creative Studios @ 2934 Gilroy St. LA 90039. MashUp is also co-hosting a women owned pop up market with Frogtown Brewery across the street right after the workshop!
