Make Moves is a deck of 66 playful cards designed to spark creativity and joy by moving that beautiful bod of yours.
Inside you’ll find ways to let go of “adulting,” shift your perspective, and create joyful movements that help you tap into your true self. Each card includes a unique creative movement prompt on one side and a corresponding inspirational artwork on the other - so you have multiple ways to get inspired to move.
You can use any combination of these cards by yourself or with friends and fam to get your groove on and laugh until you cry. This deck can be used to boost your mood, release stress, and rediscover your inner child.
