5 Ways to laugh more today!
This crazy crappy year is almost over, and even though it's hard to have much motivation to make the most of it, there are some simple things we can do to make the days a little less mundane. I miss having a really good hearty chuckle. The kind where you can barely breath, your eyes are watering, and your face hurts. So we've put together some things to help us laugh a bit more through all of this, in case you're craving it too...
1. Make laughing part of your daily routine, like brushing your teeth. Maybe start by reading a joke a day!
2. Find a favorite comedian(s), and follow them on Twitter, watch all of their stand up specials, or read one of their books if they have one.
3. Try something new, and don't take yourself too seriously with it. Learn to laugh at yourself while you move through the process.
4. Start a scrap book or Pinterest board of funny memes online, inside jokes you have with friends that make you smile, and revisit it when you need a chuckle.
