We got our groove on as the sun set!
Wow! Our Sunset Grooves workshop was so much fun! It was such a treat to get moving and grooving outside and safely with friends even during the time of COVID. We hosted this outdoor boogie session in the parking lot of the Frogtown Creative studio right in the heart of Frogtown in LA.
We got the parking lot all set up with separate colorful squares for each mover to have their own space to shimmy away. We also provide everyone with Moved LA bandanas to use for their face coverings and safely took song requests from each mover. It was the perfect time of day to move outside as the sun was setting and definitely an unforgettable experience! We absolutely missed being up to dance up close and personal, but this was the next best thing.
Hosting an in person workshop gave us all the energy boost we needed and made it feel like there’s hope that we’ll be able to move together again soon in the future. For now, we’ll be holding on to this moment until that time arrives!
