This is a judgement-free space to move, explore, play, laugh, etc.
We’ll do a short meditation, into a warm up, and then I will guide you through a series of creative movement prompts, where there are NO WRONG ANSWERS!

Street parking on Gilroy is unlimited on the same side of the street as the studio (2 hour parking on the opposite side of the street). Unlimited street parking is also available on Ripple St. and Glenview Ave. on weekends
